I’ve been seeing Dr. Ada for support with PMDD, and the care I’ve received has truly been life-changing. For years, I struggled with intense mood swings, anxiety, and physical symptoms that made it difficult to function, and I often felt misunderstood or dismissed. From the very first appointment, Dr. Ada took my symptoms seriously and created a safe, reassuring space where I felt heard and validated. Im in a much better headspace thanks to her.
